Happy Valentine's Day!

Valentine's Day is a fun holiday, full of happiness and love!  We have been so blessed this year, and we love our new little man so much!  It was a great day to celebrate everyone we love, especially Jeremiah!  We had Jeremiah's Valentine's Day pictures taken - by our amazing photographer, Cheryl!!  I love  them!!  Seriously, how cute is my baby!?

Jeremiah celebrated Valentine's Day early at daycare (since he doesn't attend daycare on Tuesday and Thursday!)  He wore his adorable outfit with his tie and suspenders!  He also brought his teachers Valentines!  They loved them!  He even made Mommy and Daddy a special Valentine!  It melted my heart to receive it!  I love my little man so much!!

 On Valentine's Day, Jeremiah wore his "The Ladies Love Me" outfit!  He was Mr. Handsome, as usual!  He went to Grandma and Poppy's house and brought them their Valentine's!

When we got home from work, Rin cooked delicious steaks, and we enjoyed our cards and gifts!!  I think Jeremiah liked the shiny balloon the best!  Jeremiah received a balloon, books, a Valentine frog and monkey, cards from Mommy, Daddy, Nana, Pappap, Auntie Erin, Grandma, and Poppy!  He is one very loved sweet boy!  I received flowers, fudge, and some very special cards!  Rin received chocolates, beer, and cards!  The terriers each received a bag of treats!  We are blessed!!

Rin made me the sweetest card!  It was from all of my Valentine's!!!  It brought tears to my eyes, I love it so much!

A new cousin!

We have been so excited to meet our new cousin, Joseph!  Rin's cousin, Alicia, and her husband, Josh, welcomed their beautiful baby boy into the world on January 24!  We are so excited to welcome him to the family, and I know he and Jeremiah will be the best of friends!!

Trying Rice Cereal

Today is a big day!  We decided it was time for Jeremiah to try some rice cereal.  He is just over 5 months old, and the pediatrician told us we could start anytime after his 4 month checkup.  I was a little slow to start this process, because he does so well with just breast milk.  We followed the instructions and mixed one tablespoon of rice cereal with 3-4 tablespoons of breast milk.  We mixed it up and tried it out.  Jeremiah was not a big fan of the process.  Jeremiah doesn't like to mess around when it comes to eating, so I don't think the spoon fed process was a little too slow for him.  We'll continue to work on it!

Are you ready for some football!?

On Superbowl Sunday, Jeremiah put on his fancy football leggings, we and headed over to our neighbors for a birthday/superbowl party!  Jeremiah was ready to go home before the game started, but he looked pretty cute!  He wore his "Ruff Day" shirt, because he was sad the Falcons weren't playing!

Sunshine!

We've had some gloomy, rainy, winter days lately, but today is beautiful!  It is a little chilly outside, but the sun is shining.  We were able to spend a little bit of time out in the sun today, and we all enjoyed the fresh air!  How adorable is my baby boy!?
